How we publish reviews

  • Only genuine customers who used the product.
  • Any rating, 1 to 5. Negative and mixed reviews are published on the same rules as positive ones.
  • We never ask for a positive review and never pay more for a better one.
  • We never ask "are you happy?" before showing you the review form.
  • We remove personal data, never opinions.

About our reviews

Do you publish negative reviews?
Yes, on exactly the same rules as positive ones. We only check that the reviewer is a genuine customer, that the review meets the length or video duration, and that it is not spam. We remove personal data such as phone numbers. We never edit what a reviewer thinks.
Why do you pay for reviews?
To hear from real kitchens early. During launch, a founding reviewer gets 50% of their first purchase back (up to $125 per business) for an honest review, good, bad or mixed. The cashback does not depend on the rating or what is said, and every incentivized review we show says so right next to it.
Do I have to agree to publish my review to get the cashback?
No. Publishing needs a separate yes from you. The cashback is paid for a genuine review either way.
Is this allowed?
Yes, when it is done this way. The FTC rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) bans incentives that depend on what the review says and bans hiding negative reviews. The FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) require disclosing a material connection, which is why the disclosure sits next to each review.
